PLEASE READ THROUGH THE FOLLOWING WHICH OUTLINES MY FINAL DELIVERABLES & POST-SHOOT INFORMATION:
Booking confirmation requires a non-refundable deposit and signing my standard photography agreement.
The final balance is due before services are rendered.
My turnaround time is approximately 6-8 weeks after the shoot date - as I am usually juggling multiple projects at once. The editing process is very tedious and I do it all in-house, rushing this process compromises the quality of my work.
I offer an expedited delivery fee (depending on the project) with a turnaround time of 2 weeks.
All digital images delivered with every package are standard retouched images sized up to 8x12 prints, delivered via an online password-protected gallery.
"Standard" retouching includes applying my unique editing style to the final images delivered in your package, color correcting, and cropping.
"In-Depth" retouching is additional and includes fly-aways, blemish removal, sweat marks, shine, and or tan lines - please inquire if necessary/interested before our shoot.
Within your gallery, you can download the digital images instantly and you also have the option to purchase prints, wall canvases, and more.
If you decide to print the digital images outside of your online gallery via a local print or online lab, they might require a copyright release certificate which I can provide.
Full resolution digital files, larger than 8x12, are available for purchase at an additional cost.
I partner with an album company that offers beautiful, contemporary wedding albums for sale; if interested, I am happy to share that information.
As the photographer, I retain the copyright to all of my images, but allow unlimited usage to my clients for printing purposes, social media sharing, etc. I do NOT allow my images to be altered in any way or sold to third parties without my consent. This clause is included in the standard photography agreement that I require all of my clients to sign to confirm the booking.

COVID-19 STIPULATIONS:
Should you have to postpone/reschedule your wedding date/travel plans due to the pandemic or natural disasters beyond our control, I wanted to provide you with some options below:
If you reschedule in excess of 90 days of your event date, and I am able to rebook that date, then you will receive credit for everything paid so far. If this happens, we will need to sign a new contract. If your event is rescheduled in excess of 90 days and I do not rebook the date, then the retainer will be forfeited as it is non-refundable, but you will receive credit for everything else paid so far (and again a new contract would be needed). If you choose to reschedule, the credit will be applied to wedding coverage within 12 months after the original wedding date.
However, if you decide to cancel your wedding all together, you will forfeit the retainer, unfortunately, as it is non-refundable.
